Siteimprove is a Danish software company that offers a full suite of various online tools for diagnosing any given site for flaws, errors, security issues and inefficiencies. Siteimprove helps clients govern and optimize site quality, workflows and content.


Siteimprove has big growth plans and an ambition to offer market leading customer service. Digital is at heart of that strategy and Siteimprove has chosen Kruso to strengthen their current sales channels with a true e-commerce experience.


Our first key project has been to extent Siteimprove’s sales activities with a true digital sales experience. The concept brief was a new platform enabling potential customers to download trial versions, subscribe to Siteimprove’s cloud based products and manage their subscriptions online. In April 2017 we launched the first version of Siteimprove’s global self-service platform including new website, new user registration flow as well as an account management section. The solution is based on Umbraco Cloud and a deep integration to Siteimprove’s own ERP system. Stripe is used as payment provider. The platform holds more than 10 language versions.


The platform has currently been rolled out in more than 12 countries, Japan to be up soon. Our role is to maintain and drive the platform forward with a lot of exciting new concepts to come. So stay tuned for more updates on this exciting project.
